摘  要:以三叶崖爬藤(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum)matK基因为研究对象,利用生信分析其matK基因编码区的全序列及其产物的氨基酸序列特征,并构建14种爬藤属植物的分子系统进化树。结果表明,三叶崖爬藤的matK基因的大小为969 bp,共有6个开放阅读框;为亲水性蛋白;信号肽剪切位点预测处于64~65位氨基酸;亚细胞定位蛋白只存在于叶绿体中;三叶崖爬藤与毛枝崖爬藤(Tetrastigma obovatum)亲缘关系最近,与崖爬藤(Tetrastigma obtectum)的亲缘关系最远。The matK gene of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum was studied,we study the full coding sequence and the amino acid sequence characteristics of its products using bioinformatics analysis,and the molecular phylogenetic tree of 14 species of celastigma hemsleyanum was constructed.The results showed that the matK gene of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum was 969 bp in size with six open reading frames;it was a hydrophilic protein;the signal peptide splicing site was predicted to be between 64~65 amino acids;the subcellular localization protein only existed in chloroplast;the genetic relationship between Tetrastigma hemsleyanum and Tetrastigma obovatum was the closest,the genetic relationship between Tetrastigma hemsleyanum and Tetrastigma obtectum was the farthest.
