摘  要:提出一种新型装配式半钢性节点,通过高强螺栓将预制梁柱贯通连接,旨在通过更换螺栓构件来完成震后受损节点的修复工作。通过制作节点足尺构件,对其施加低周反复荷载,分析其承载能力及耗能性能。运用有限元分析软件建立节点数值模型,分析其在低周反复荷载作用下节点核心区应力分布情况及承载能力。试验结果与已有现浇节点和数值模拟结果对比可知:新型装配式节点破坏主要集中于节点核心区,T形梁端承压板附近开裂严重,远离T形梁端无明显裂缝,预制柱端、牛腿部位均完好,满足"强柱弱梁"的设计要求;新型装配式节点在低周反复荷载下,其屈服荷载及极限荷载较现浇节点明显提高,其整体承载能力提升,耗能性能优良;模拟结果显示,节点在服役期间,高强螺栓为主要的承载构件,混凝土预制梁柱为次要承载构件,符合该新型节点的设计理念。A new fabricated semi-rigid beam-to-column connection assembled with precast column and beam by high-strength bolts is proposed,aiming to repair the damage connection by displacing the bolts after earthquake.A full-scale component was fabricated and tested to analyze its loading capacities and energy-absorption performances under low cyclic reversed loading.A numerical model was also established to study the stress distribution and loading capacities in the core zone.By comparing with the experimental results of existing cast-in-site connections and the numerically simulated ones,the text results show that cracks emerge mainly in core zone,damage focuses around the end of T-shaped beam while there are almost no cracks in tail beam zone.The end of precast column and its bracket are intact.The proposed connection meets the strong-column-weak-beam design requirement.Compared with the cast-in-site connection,the proposed connection has higher yield strength and ultimate strength under low cyclic loading and better performances of loading and energy-absorption.The simulation results show that high strength bolts are main bearing member and precast beam and column are secondary bearing members in period of service,which meets the design purpose.
