氯沙坦与缬沙坦治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症临床疗效的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较氯沙坦与缬沙坦治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法选取上海市嘉定区迎园医院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的高血压合并高尿酸血症患者100例,根据治疗方法分为缬沙坦组和氯沙坦组,各50例。缬沙坦组给予缬沙坦治疗,氯沙坦组给予氯沙坦治疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗4周后及治疗结束后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血尿酸、C3及C4补体水平,并比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前、治疗4周后及治疗结束后2组SBP及DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗结束后氯沙坦组血尿酸低于缬沙坦组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗结束后氯沙坦组C3及C4补体水平低于缬沙坦组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与氯沙坦比较,缬沙坦治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症的临床疗效更优,均可有效调控患者血压,但氯沙坦降低患者血尿酸与C3及C4补体水平的效果更优,能更好地改善患者病情。Objective To comparative study of losartan and valsartan in the treatment of hypertension with hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 in Yingyuan Hospital,Jiading District,Shanghai,which were divided into valsartan group and losartan group according to the treatment methods,50 cases in each group.Valsartan group was given valsartan treatment,losartan group was given losartan treatment.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum uric acid,C3 and C4 complement levels before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and after treatment,the serum uric acid in losartan group was lower than that in valsartan group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and after treatment,C3 and C4 complement levels in losartan group were lower than those in valsartan group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with losartan,valsartan has better clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension with hyperuricemia,which can effectively regulate the blood pressure of patients,but losartan has better effect in reducing the levels of serum uric acid and C3 and C4 complement,which can better improve the condition of patients.
