摘 要:传统节点形式下的竹管结构体系承载力弱、可靠性差,导致其只能应用于小型建筑.本文提出的新型竹管结构体系突破了常规杆系结构的拓扑关系,采用先以竹管首尾相接组装成竹管三角形,再将各相邻竹管三角形以平行连接的方式形成原竹多管束空间网壳结构,并可在每个竹管三角形的平面外再平行连接对应的竹管三角形形成叠层竹管三角形以增强结构的刚度.此外,新型结构体系简化了节点构造,方便了施工装配,并且可原位替换劣化竹管,从而具有延长结构使用寿命的作用.提出的通用化的双管卡连接件具有角部连接和平行连接的双重功能,并能消除竹管外径差异对安装的不利影响,为实现竹管结构的精确装配创造了条件.提出的外扩装配法采用逆向的施工流程,先安装结构中心部位,再逐渐向四周扩散安装,可避免施工误差的累积,从而防止施工中强行合拢行为的发生.快速、高精度地建造了首个工程,证明了新型结构体系及施工技术的可行性.The weak bearing capacity and poor reliability of the bamboo tube structure system under traditional joint form are the major reasons why it can only be used in small temporary buildings. A new type of bamboo tube structure system is proposed through the topological relationship different from the conventional structure. First, the bamboo tube triangles are assembled by connecting the ends of adjacent bamboo tubes, then the adjacent bamboo tube triangles are connected in parallel to form the original bamboo multi tube bundle spatial lattice structures, and the corresponding bamboo tube triangles can be connected in parallel outside the plane of each bamboo tube triangles to form the laminated bamboo tube triangles and enhance the structural stiffness. In addition, the new structure system simplifies the shape of joints, facilitates the construction and assembly, and can prolong the service life of the structures because the damaged bamboo tubes can be replaced in situ. The double tube connector is proposed. It can connect diagonal or parallel adjacent bamboo tubes, and can shield the difference of the outer diameter of the bamboo tube, which is more useful for the accurate assembly of the bamboo tube structures. The outward expanding assembly method different from the normal installation sequence is adopted. The central part of the structure is installed first, and then it spreads to the surrounding area gradually, which can avoid the accumulation of construction errors and prevent the savage assembling. The first engineering project that adopted the new structural system has been assembled quickly and accurately, verifying the feasibility of the new structural system and construction technology.
