摘  要:以某大跨度干煤棚预应力管桁架结构工程为例,通过有限元软件Midas/Gen对"分段吊装、分块提升、分级张拉"的施工过程进行全过程仿真分析,获取每个施工步中结构的变形、应力和索力,并与现场实际监测结果以及一次加载成型的结果进行比较分析.同时,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对关键张拉节点进行有限元分析,保证张拉节点的安全合理.结果表明,施工过程仿真分析结果与实际监测结果更加接近,结构最终成型后与设计目标存在一定差异,但均在可接受范围内,进一步论证了施工仿真计算的必要性,并为同类工程提供借鉴.Taking a prestressed tube structure in large-span dry coal shed as an example, the construction process of "segment lifting, block lifting and graded tensioning" was simulated and analyzed. Then the deformation, stress and cable force of each construction step were obtained and compared with the actual monitoring results and the results of one-time loading modeling. At the same time, the finite element analysis of key tension nodes was carried by finite element analysis software ANSYS to ensure the safety and validity of the tension nodes. Results show that the simulation results are closer to the actual monitoring results, while there are some difference between the final state and the design target, but they are all within an acceptable range. The necessity of construction simulation calculation is further demonstrated, which can provide reference for similar projects.
