摘 要:目的分析2019年韶关市医用X射线摄影设备的质量控制和机房防护现状,为监督管理提供基础数据。方法采用分层抽样方法从韶关市有放射诊断功能的医院中抽取38家进行调查,其中抽取一级及以下医院28家、二级医院6家,抽取全部三级医院4家,每家医院随机选取不同种类X射线摄影设备1台,对其进行质量控制和场所防护检测,按照国家相关标准中状态检测判定标准,对检测结果符合情况进行分析和评价。结果共检测52台医用摄影设备,合格20台,总合格率为38.46%,其中检测屏片X射线机16台,合格率为31.25%;检测数字化X射线机(DR)机22台,合格率为31.82%;牙科X射线机7台,合格率为85.71%;检测电子计算机断层扫描仪器(CT)7台,合格率为28.57%。检测放射诊断场所52个,周围剂量当量率或年剂量合格率均为100.00%,509个检测点中仍有部分检测出辐射泄漏的情况,检测点泄漏率为35.17%。结论韶关市放射诊断设备质量控制情况有待加强,部分放射防护场所存在射线泄漏,需引起注意。Objective To analyze the current situation of quality control and machine room protection of medical X-ray photography equipment in Shaoguan City in 2019, provide basic data for supervision and management. Methods Totally 38 hospitals with radiation diagnostic function in Shaoguan City were selected by stratified sampling method for investigation. 28 primary hospitals,6 secondary hospitals and 4 tertiary hospitals were selected. One set of X-ray photography equipment was randomly selected from each hospital for quality control and machine room protection testing. The conformance of test results was analyzed and evaluated according to the status testing criteria in the relevant national standards. Results A total of 52 sets of medical photography equipment were tested, and 20 were qualified with the total qualified rate of 38.46%. 16 screen X-ray equipments were tested with the qualified rate of 31.25%. 22 digital radiography systems(DR) were tested with the qualified rate of 31.82%. 7 dental X-ray equipments were tested with the qualified rate of 85.71%. 7 computed tomography equipments(CT) were tested with the qualified rate of 28.57%. 52 radiological diagnostic sites were detected, and the peripheral dose equivalent rate or qualified rate of annual dose was100.00%. Some of the 509 testing points still detected radiation leakage, and the lake leakage rate was 35.17%. Conclusion The quality control of radiation diagnostic equipment in Shaoguan City needs to be strengthened,and radiation leakage exists in some radiation protection sites,which should be paid attention to.
