摘 要:目的了解内蒙古某管道公司输油站场职业病危害因素情况,为制定职业病危害的预防措施提供依据。方法 2020年4月通过职业卫生现场调查和现场检测的方法,检测该作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),分析其职业病危害程度,并对其进行定性和定量评价。结果输油站场工作场所中主要职业病危害因素及其浓度分别为戊烷(CTWA=1.7 mg/m3,CSTEL=3.5 mg/m3)、正己烷(CTWA=2.2 mg/m3,CSTEL=3.6 mg/m3)、硫化氢(CMC<0.53 mg/m3)、溶剂汽油(CTWA=6.6×10-1mg/m3,CSTEL=1.7mg/m3)、苯(CTWA=2.2×10-2mg/m3,CSTEL=8.2×10-3mg/m3)、甲苯(CTWA=1.7×10-2mg/m3,CSTEL=4.5×10-2mg/m3)、二甲苯(CTWA=3.4×10-2mg/m3,CSTEL=8.8×10-2mg/m3)、一氧化碳(CTWA=6.6×10-2mg/m3,CSTEL=2.0 mg/m3)、一氧化氮(CTWA=6.0×10-5mg/m3,CSTEL=1.3×10-3mg/m3)、二氧化氮(CTWA=2.7×10-3mg/m3,CSTEL=2.6×10-1mg/m3)、二氧化硫(CTWA=2.1×10-2mg/m3,CSTEL=2.2×10-1mg/m3)、噪声[74.7~82.2 dB(A)]和工频电场(0.8~407.9 V/m)。检测结果表明职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论内蒙古某管道公司输油站场虽然工作场所的危害因素未超标,但仍要加强职业卫生管理,以确保劳动者的职业健康。Objective To understand the situation of occupational hazards in oil transportation station of a pipeline company of Inner Mongolia, provide basis for the formulation of preventive measures against occupational hazards. Methods In April 2020,the concentrations(intensities) of occupational hazards in this workplace were detected by occupational health field investigation and field test, to analyze the degree of occupational hazards, and carry out the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the workplace and their concentrations were respectively pentane(CTWA=1.7 mg/m3, CSTEL=3.5 mg/m3),n-hexane(CTWA=2.2 mg/m3, CSTEL=3.6 mg/m3), hydrogen sulfide(CMC<0.53 mg/m3), solvent gasoline(CTWA=6.6×10-1 mg/m3, CSTEL=1.7 mg/m3),benzene(CTWA=2.2 ×10-2 mg/m3, CSTEL=8.2 ×10-3 mg/m3), toluene(CTWA=1.7 ×10-2 mg/m3, CSTEL=4.5 ×10-2 mg/m3), xylene(CTWA=3.4×10-2 mg/m3, CSTEL=8.8×10-2 mg/m3), carbon monoxide(CTWA=6.6×10-2 mg/m3, CSTEL=2.0 mg/m3), nitric oxide(CTWA=6.0×10-5 mg/m3,CSTEL=1.3 ×10-3 mg/m3), nitrogen dioxide(CTWA=2.7 ×10-3 mg/m3, CSTEL=2.6 ×10-1 mg/m3), sulfur dioxide(CTWA=2.1 ×10-2 mg/m3, CSTEL=2.2×10-1 mg/m3), noise[74.7-82.2 dB(A)] and power frequency electric field(0.8-407.9 V/m). The test results showed that the concentrations(intensities) of occupational hazards met the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Although the hazardous factors in the workplace in oil transportation station of a pipeline company of Inner Mongolia do not exceed the standards, the occupational health management should be strengthened to ensure the occupational health of workers.
