南京市59025名青年学生性行为发生情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解南京市青年学生性行为现状的影响因素,为青年学生性健康知识宣传提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,于2019年4—6月对驻宁21所大中专院校59 025名学生进行匿名问卷调查。并对数据进行分析。结果学生性行为发生率为13.6%,初次性行为安全套使用率为67.9%,曾经发生过性行为的学生最近1年多性伴率为16.3%。性别、吸毒、民族、年龄、学校、户籍、年级及性取向是青年学生性行为的影响因素。结论南京市59 025名青年学生性行为低于全国水平,学生性健康知识教育应向初中和高中阶段推进,应采取多种策略加强青年学生健康的性相关知识宣传。Objective To investigate the current situation of sexual behavior among youthful students in Nanjing City and its influencing factors, provide reference for health knowledge publicity among youthful students. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was performed among 59 025 students who were selected from 21 colleges in Nanjing City by stratified random cluster sampling method from April to June 2019. And the data were analyzed. Results The rate of sexual behavior among students was 13.6%, the condom use rate during first-time sex was 67.9%, and the rate of multiple sexual partners in the past year among students who have had sex was 16.3%. Gender, drug abuse, ethnicity, age, school, household registration, grade,and sexual orientation were influencing factors for youthful students’ sexual behavior. Conclusion The rate of sexual behavior among 59 025 youthful students in Nanjing City is lower than the national level. The education of sexual health knowledge should be promoted to junior high school and senior high school, and various strategies should be adopted to strengthen the publicity of sexual health knowledge among youthful students.
