摘  要:水环境污染与军团菌病的暴发和流行关系密切。由于建筑物中的人工水系统适合军团菌定植,因此建筑物人工水系统污染已经成为世界上军团菌病暴发疫情的主要来源。我国公共建筑物中的人工水系统军团菌污染严重,对人群健康影响巨大。尽管当前未能获得准确的军团菌病发病资料,但是总体上军团菌病发病呈上升趋势。在当前没有疫苗预防的背景下,加强水系统的卫生管理和监测,采取针对性的预防措施,是预防军团菌病发生和流行的关键。Water pollution is closely related to legionellosis outbreak and epidemic. Because the artificial water system in buildings is suitable for Legionella colonization, the pollution of the artificial water system in buildings has become the main source of Legionella outbreak in the world. Legionella contamination is serious in the artificial water system of public buildings in China, which has a great impact on people’s health. Although the accurate data of legionellosis are not available, the incidence of legionellosis is on the rise. In the current background of no vaccine prevention, it is the key to strengthen the health management and monitoring of water system and take targeted preventive measures to prevent legionellosis occurrence and prevalence.
