摘　　要：目的通过对2020年辽宁省大连市新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)暴发疫情的流行病学调查分析,为COVID-19疫情防控工作提供参考。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对本次COVID-19暴发疫情病例的时间分布、地区分布、人群分布、病例发现途径等进行分析。结果2020年7月22日至8月5日,大连市累计报告COVID-19疫情相关确诊病例和无症状感染者118例,病例年龄为1月龄至73岁,其中男性58例,女性60例。确诊病例92例,首例病例的发病时间为7月9日,末例病例的发病时间为8月5日,某食品公司病例发病时间早于该公司以外的病例。81.36%的病例来源于以某食品公司及大连湾街道为核心的高风险地区,95.76%的病例通过密切接触者排查和社区筛查发现。结论此次COVID-19疫情是与冷链海鲜产品加工相关的聚集性暴发疫情,因为控制及时有效未发生广泛社区传播。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Dalian,Liaoning,July-August,2020,and provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods A descriptive analysis was conducted on the time,spatial and population distributions and the detection ways of COVID-19 cases.Results From July 22 to August 5,2020,a total of 118 cases of confirmed COVID-19 cases and asymptomatic cases were reported in Dalian,including 58 men and 60 women.The age of the cases ranged from 1 month to 73 years.There were 92 confirmed cases.The first case occurred on 9 July and the last case occurred on 5 August.The onset time of the case in a food company was earlier than that of a case outside the company.Up to 81.36%of the cases were reported in high-risk areas of a food company and Dalian Bay Street,and 95.76%of the cases were detected through close contact and community screening.Conclusion The epidemic of COVID-19 occurred in Dalian was related to the processing of frozen seafood products.The epidemic control was timely and effective,and there was no secondary community transmission.
