摘 要:CO_(2)的捕集、利用与封存(CO_(2)capture,utilization and storage,CCUS)对于解决环境和能源问题有着双重意义,是推动我国低碳绿色经济发展的重要方向之一。CO_(2)经碳酸乙烯酯加氢制甲醇联产乙二醇是CO_(2)高效转化的重要工艺之一,近年来备受学者和工业界的关注。针对该工艺中的关键环节,碳酸乙烯酯加氢反应及其催化剂进行综述。重点介绍其中非均相铜基催化剂表面活性位点与形貌效应等构效关系的最新研究进展,探讨目前认为催化剂失活的原因及提高催化剂稳定性的方法,并介绍催化剂的工业化实践及发展方向。CO_(2)capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)has dual significance for solving environmental and energy problems,and is one of the key points to promote the development of low-carbon green economy in China.The conversion of CO_(2)to co-production of methanol and ethylene glycol via ethylene carbonate hydrogenation is one of the most promising routes for efficient CO_(2)conversion,which has attracted much attention from the academy and industry.In this paper,the hydrogenation of ethylene carbonate and corresponding catalysts were reviewed.This paper specially focused on the research advances in heterogeneous copper-based catalysts as well as their structure-performance relationship,including the effects of surface active sites and morphology,the deactivation mechanisms and the methods used to improve stability.Furthermore,the industrial practice and promising possibilities in catalyst development were proposed.
