丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针刺对脊髓损伤神经功能恢复及HSP70、MCP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针刺对脊髓损伤(SCI)神经功能恢复及热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和单核趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响。方法将我院90例SCI患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组患者进行常规康复治疗,观察组患者进行常规康复、针灸和丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、血清中HSP70、MCP-1的水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分和功能独立性评定量表(FIM)得分增高且观察组MBI和FIM得分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组HSP70增高、MCP-1均下降且观察组HSP70高于对照组,MCP-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针刺对SCI患者的疗效较为显著,显著改善神经功能,增加HSP70的表达,降低MCP-1的表达肪止SCI继发性损伤的持续进展。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Danshen ligustrazine Injection on the recovery of nerve function and heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and mononuclear chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1) in spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods 90 patients with SCI were selected as the research object,with 45 cases in each of observation group and control group.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and observation group was treated with routine rehabilitation,acupuncture and Danshen ligustrazine Injection.The efficacy,nerve function,and serum levels of HSP70 and MCP-1 in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,The MBI and FIM scores of both groups increased,and the MBI and FIM scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);HSP70 increased and MCP-1 decreased in each group;and HSP70 in observation group was higher than that of control group,and MCP-1 was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Danshen ligustrazine Injection has a significant effect on patients with SCI,which can significantly improve nerve function, increase the expression of HSP70,and reduce the expression of MCP-1 to prevent the continuous progress of SCI secondary injury.
