参七汤联合中药足浴对冠心病PCI术后心脏功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参七汤联合中药足浴对冠心病(CHD)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心脏功能的影响。方法将我院114例行PCI术的CHD患者随机分为观察组与对照组各57例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服参七汤联合中药足浴治疗。比较两组治疗临床疗效、治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)、左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、血浆N端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)的水平,治疗后8周内主要心血管不良事件(MACE)的发生率。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEDVI、LVESVI、NT-proBNP均下降,LVEF增加;且观察组LVEDVI、LVESVI、NT-proBNP均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组MACE发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参七汤联合中药足浴对CHD患者PCI术后的疗效较好,可显著提高患者的心脏功能,降低近期内心血管不良事件的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Decoction combined with TCM lavipeditum on cardiac function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 114 CHD patients undergoing PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 57 cases each.Control group was treated with Rosuvastatin calcium Tablets,observation group received Shenqi Decoction and TCM lavipeditum on the basis of control group.The effective rate of treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic volume index(LVEDVI),and left ventricular end diastolic volume index(LVEDVI),systolic volume index(LVESVI),plasma N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) within 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,LVEDVI,LVESVI,NT-proBNP and LVEF increased in both groups;and LVEDVI,LVESVI,and NT-proBNP of observation group were lower than those of control group,LVEF in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of MACE in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Decoction combined with TCM lavipeditum has a good effect on CHD patients after PCI,which significantly improves the cardiac function and reduced the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in the near future.
