摘　　要：目的观察活血祛风汤联合放血疗法对慢性荨麻疹患者外周血T细胞细胞因子表达的影响。方法将我院慢性荨麻疹患者68例随机分为对照组与研究组各34例。对照组采用活血祛风汤治疗,研究组采用活血祛风汤联合放血疗法治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及对外周血T细胞中主要细胞因子表达的影响。结果治疗后,研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组白介素-4(IL-4)高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-βIFN-γ)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血祛风汤联合放血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹效果理想,可在临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Qufeng Decoction combined with blood-letting therapy on cytokine expression in peripheral blood T cell of patients with chronic urticarial.Methods 68 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into control group and research group.Control group was treated with Huoxue Qufeng Decoction,research group was treated with blood-letting therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy、adverse reactions and the effect on the major cytokines of T cell in peripheral blood were observed in each group.Results The therapeutic effect of research group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions rate in research group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);serum interleukin-4(IL-4)in research group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),serum IL-2 and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in research group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Qufeng Decoction combined with blood-letting therapy is effective in treatment of chronic urticaria,which is worthy of promotion in clinical applicaition.
