督脉雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察督脉雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者治疗效果及安全性。方法将我院70例LDH患者按照数字法随机分为对照组与观察组各35例,对照组给予常规中药外敷及盆骨牵引治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用督脉雷火灸治疗。比较两组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-β(IL-β)血清指标、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)腰痛评分量表、临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组JOA腰痛评分量表均升高且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者IL-6,IL-β血清指标、肿瘤坏死因子指标比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论督脉雷火灸对LDH患者血清指标和JOA腰痛评分量表具有良好的改善作用,临床疗效较好。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Dumai Leihuo moxibustion on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 70 patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of LDH were randomly divided into control group and the observation group according to the numerical method 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with TCM external application and pelvic traction;observation group was treated with Dumai Leihuo moxibustion on the basis of control group for 4 courses.Serum indexes interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) Japanese orthopedics(JOA) low back pain rating scale(JOA),clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the JOA lumbar pain score scale of both groups increased and observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);significant differences in serum IL-6,IL-β and TNF-α between the two groups(P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions occrued in both groups.Conclusion Dumai Leihuo moxibustion has good effect on improving the serum index and JOA waist pain scale of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of LDH.
