摘 要:随机选取室内养殖的5月龄花鲈Lateolabrax maculatus幼鱼120尾,测定了全长(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、体高(X_(3))、头长(X_(4))、眼后头长(X_(5))、吻长(X_(6))、眼径(X_(7))、尾柄长(X_(8))、尾柄高(X_(9))、躯干长(X_(10))、体宽(X_(11))、眼间距(X_(12))和体质量(Y),通过相关分析和通径分析探寻影响体质量的主要形态性状,结合逐步回归分析建立了形态性状对体质量回归方程,为花鲈优良形态性状的选育提供参考。结果显示:5月龄花鲈各形态性状相关系数达到显著水平(除眼间距、眼后头长分别与眼径不显著外);体质量受体高直接影响作用最大(0.3966),其次为全长、体宽、眼径。这4个性状对体质量的共同决定系数总和为0.8822,表明体质量主要受这4个性状的影响。经多元回归分析,建立5月龄花鲈多元回归方程:Y=-3.434+0.033X1+0.138X3-0.064X7+0.295X11(R2=0.882)。在对花鲈以体质量为主进行亲本选育时,应以体高(X_(3))为主要选择性状,全长(X_(1))、体宽(X_(7))、眼径(X_(1))为辅进行选育。A total of 120 individuals of 5-month-old Japanese sea perch Lateolabrax maculatus juveniles were randomly sampled from a farm,and total length(X_(1)),body length(X_(2)),body depth(X_(3)),head length(X_(4)),and head length posterior to eyes(X_(5)),snout length(X_(6)),interorbital(X_(7)),caudal peduncle length(X_(8)),caudal peduncle depth(X_(9)),trunk length(X_(10)),body width(X_(11)),distance between eye(X_(12)),and body weight(Y)were measured to explore the main morphological traits affecting body weight,and a regression equation for morphological traits to bodyweight by correlation analysis and path analysis in combination with stepwise regression analysis,aiming to provide reference for selective breeding of Japanese sea perch.The results showed that there was significant correlation coefficient between all of the morphometric attributes and body weight except for X_(12),X_(5)and X_(7).The path analysis revealed that body height directly affected body weight in(0.3966),followed by total length,body depth,and eye diameter.The analysis of determination coefficients showed that the total decision coefficient of four morphological traits to body weight was 0.8822,indicating that those morphological traits were the main factors influencing body weight.The regression equation between morphological traits and body weight was expressed as:Y=-3.434+0.033X_(1)+0.138X_(3)-0.064X_(7)+0.295X11(R^(2)=0.882)in 5-month-old Japanese sea perch.The findings indicate that the body depth(X_(3))should be the main selective trait for broodstock sea bass,and that total length(X_(1)),body width(X_(7))and eye diameter(X_(11))as auxiliary selective traits.
