摘  要:本文基于2000-2016年111所高校历届校长背景材料、发表的论文数量和长江学者数量数据,研究校领导任期稳定对高校科研产出绩效的影响。研究发现:校领导任期稳定可以显著提升高校论文产出和促进长江学者评选;校领导任期的稳定主要通过提升招生素质、改善科研环境、获得经费支持和建立校企合作等方式促进高校科研产出绩效;但稳定的校领导任期也可能弱化教师职称评比竞争的公平性,若高校职称评比增速在50%之下,则高校职称评比与论文产出呈现负相关。从学术交流的中介影响看,校领导任期促进了学术交流,一定程度上提高了高校科研产出绩效。从宏观环境的影响看,地方财政、科技创新需求等因素均有利于校领导在任期内促进高校科研产出绩效。In this paper,111 universities are selected for empirical test,based on the background materials of each university’s leaders,the number of papers published and Changjiang Scholars from 2000 to 2016,we study whether the stable tenure of university leaders affects scientific research output performance of universities.The empirical results show that the stable tenure of university leaders can promote the output of papers in universities and the selection of Changjiang Scholars;the stable tenure of university leaders can promote scientific research output performance mainly through improving the quality of enrollment,improving the scientific research environment,seeking more financial support and establishing school-enterprise cooperation.However,the stable tenure of university leaders may weaken the fairness of teacher title evaluation competition.If the growth rate of university title evaluation is less than 50%,there is a negative correlation between university title evaluation and paper output.From the mediating influence of academic exchanges,the stable tenure of university leaders promotes academic exchanges and improves the performance of university scientific research output to a certain extent.From the perspective of the influence of macro environment,the local finance,the demand for scientific and technological innovation and other factors are conducive for university leaders to promote scientific research output performance of universities during their term of office.
