摘　　要：聚焦众创热潮中新创组织创业成功率偏低的现实问题,构建共享创新影响新创组织创业绩效的理论模型,引入资源整合作为中介变量,社会网络中心性作为调节变量,探讨共享创新对新创组织创业绩效之间的影响作用。对300个新创企业开展问卷调查,结果证明:共享创新对新创组织创业绩效具有正向影响,资源整合在此过程中起到了部分中介作用,社会网络中心性正向调节共享创新对新创组织资源整合的影响过程,而负向调节资源整合对新创组织创业绩效的影响过程。建议进一步完善共享经济驱动产业升级政策,加强对共享创新的引导,促进创业社会网络和共享平台的生态化发展,搭建平台帮助企业合理获得发展资源,推动创业网络关系建设,提高新创组织创业绩效,实现新创企业可持续发展。Focusing on the real problem of low entrepreneurial success rate of start-ups in the social campaign of mass innovation,this paper builds a theoretical model of shared innovation affecting performance of start-ups,and explores the impact of shared innovation on the entrepreneurial performance of new start-ups,with resource integration as an intermediary variables as well as social network centrality as a moderating variable being taken into consideration.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 start-ups,and the results proved that shared innovation has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups,and resource integration has partly played an intermediary role in this process.In addition,the centrality of social networks positively regulates the process of shared innovation influencing organizational resource integration of start-ups,and negatively regulates the process of resource integration influencing entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.It is recommended to further improve the sharing economy-driven industrial upgrading policy,strengthen the guidance of shared innovation,promote the ecological development of entrepreneurial social networks and sharing platforms,build platforms to help enterprises obtain development resources reasonably,promote the construction of entrepreneurial network relationships,and improve the entrepreneurship performance of start-ups to achieve a sustainable development.
