摘  要:实验采用静态沉积法首先研究了聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)四种单组分药剂对硫酸钙的阻垢性能,然后将4种药剂进行多元复配,得到一种能高效抑制硫酸钙结垢的低磷型复合物cPESA∶cPASP∶cHEDP∶cHPMA=1∶1∶1∶2。探究了温度、矿化度(以NaCl浓度计)、pH三因素对该复合物阻硫酸钙垢性能的影响,结果显示:T=40~70℃、cNa Cl=0.13~1.50 mol·L^(-1)、p H=4.5~9.0条件下的阻垢率均维持在99%以上,几乎可以完全抑制硫酸钙垢的形成,适用范围广,能满足循环冷却水系统的使用要求。The scale inhibition performances of four single-component inhibitors polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA), polyaspartic acid(PASP), hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid(HEDP) and hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride(HPMA) for calcium sulfate were tested by the static deposition method. Then the four agents were combined with each other in an orthogonal way, and it was found that the low-phosphorus complex with the concentration ratio of 1∶1∶1∶2 possessed high-efficiency scale inhibition performance on calcium sulfate. Finally, the effect of temperature, degree of mineralization(the concentration of NaCl) and pH on the scale inhibition of the compound was researched. The results showed that the scale inhibition rates was above 99% under the conditions of T = 40~70℃, cNaCl = 0.13~1.50 mol·L^(-1) and pH = 4.5~9.0, which almost completely inhibited the calcium sulfate scale. The wide scope of application indicated that the composite scale inhibitor met the requirements of the circulating cooling water system.
