摘 要:高黏原油脱水受温度、破乳剂类型和浓度的影响,合理选择破乳剂类型、乳状液的温度和破乳剂的浓度决定了破乳的效果。通过对高黏原油的黏度测定来确定转相点,以转相点(含水率)为分界点加入不同类型的破乳剂。在转相点之前加入油溶性破乳剂,转相点之后加入水溶性破乳剂。选择某油田常用的两种破乳剂(SP169、AR36)进行实验研究,实验结果表明:(1)水溶性破乳剂SP169加入的最佳质量分数为150μg·g^(-1),由于水溶性破乳剂的加入,原油的转相点随着浓度的增加逐渐前移,破乳效果先抑后扬,并且受温度影响较大;(2)油溶性破乳剂AR36加入的最佳质量分数为100μg·g^(-1),由于油溶性破乳剂的加入,原油的转相点随着浓度的增加逐渐后移,破乳效果先扬后抑,并且受温度影响较小。The dehydration of high-viscosity crude oil is affected by temperature, type and concentration of demulsifier. Reasonable selection of type of demulsifier, temperature of emulsion and concentration of demulsifier determine the effect of demulsification. The phase transition point is determined by viscosity measurement of high viscosity crude oil, and different demulsifiers are added to the phase transition point(water content) as the boundary point. Oil-soluble demulsifier is added before the phase transition point, and water-soluble demulsifier is added after the phase transition point. In this paper, two kinds of demulsifiers(SP169 and AR36) commonly used in an oilfield were selected for experimental study. The experimental results showed that:(1) the best mass fraction of water-soluble demulsifier SP169 was150 μg·g^(-1). Because of the addition of water-soluble demulsifier, the phase transition point of crude oil moved forward gradually with the increase of concentration, and the demulsification effect was first restrained and then raised, and greatly affected by temperature;(2) the best mass fraction of oil-soluble demulsifier AR36 was 100 μg·g^(-1). Because of the addition of oil soluble demulsifier, the phase transition point of crude oil gradually moved backward with the increase of mass fraction, the demulsification effect was first improved and then suppressed, and was less affected by temperature.
