摘  要:气动冲击钻进技术在岩石钻凿工程中应用广泛,具有钻进效率高、对坚硬岩层适应性强的优点。在调研气动潜孔冲击器的国内外文献基础上,分析了传统冲击器在冲击效率、使用寿命等性能,指出了传统冲击器在能量利用率和活塞尾部断裂失效等方面存在的问题。同时,通过分析国内外市场上应用较多的气动冲击器种类和研究成果,提出了气动潜孔冲击器的主要研制方向,为气动潜孔冲击器的后续发展提供了一定指导。Pneumatic percussion drilling technology is widely used in rock drilling engineering, it has the advantages of high drilling efficiency and strong adaptability to hard rock formations. Based on the investigation of the domestic and foreign literature of pneumatic DTH impactor, the performance of traditional impactor was analyzed, such as impact efficiency, service life. The problems of traditional impactor in energy utilization and piston tail fracture failure were pointed out. By analyzing the types and research results of pneumatic impactors widely used in domestic and foreign markets, the main development direction of pneumatic DTH impactors was proposed, in order to provide a certain guidance for the subsequent development of pneumatic down-the-hole impactors.
