三甘醇再生器火管现场整管拖出检修技术研究

摘  要:页岩气集中开发且经管道外输时,在众多脱水工艺选择中,通常采用三甘醇吸收脱水法,而三甘醇脱水效果关键在于再生器的稳定运行。再生器及其火管一旦因开裂、材质劣化等原因造成本体运行失效,则迫于现场条件与经验,常常需要返厂维修,增加维修时间与成本。因此,结合现场实际与检修目标,合理确定三甘醇再生器现场检修方案,掌握检修过程技术要点,识别并严控检修过程风险将至关重要。然而,国内现有关于三甘醇再生器及其火管现场检修技术的详细介绍却很少。基于我国某页岩气脱水站三甘醇再生器在运情况下火管穿漏检修事件,针对火管现场整管拖出检修技术要求高、操作空间受限、无先例可借鉴等难点,结合检修方案目标及现场实施效果,分别对物料准备、再生器拆装顺序、火管拆装技术要点与修复技术要求进行了逐一归纳与总结。最后,就新投再生器火管穿漏、再生器及火管底部积碳原因进行了简要分析,并由此提出了相关建议。When shale gas is developed intensively and transported through pipelines, triethylene glycol absorption dehydration method is usually adopted in many dehydration processes, and the key to the dehydration effect of triethylene glycol is the stable operation of the regenerator. Once the regenerator and its fire pipe are damaged due to cracking, material degradation, etc., they will be forced to return to the factory for maintenance, increasing time and maintenance costs. Therefore, it is very important to reasonably determine the on-site maintenance plan of triethylene glycol regenerator, master the technical points of the maintenance process, and identify and strictly control the risks of the maintenance process in combination with the field practice and maintenance objectives. However, there are few detailed introductions about the on-site maintenance technology of triethylene glycol regenerators and fire pipes in China. Based on the fire pipe leakage maintenance event of the triethylene glycol regenerator in a shale gas dehydration station in China, aiming at the difficulties of high maintenance technical requirements, limited operation space, combined with the maintenance plan goal and the effect of on-site implementation, the material preparation, the reassembly and disassembly sequence of the regenerator, the technical points of the disassembly and reassembly of the fire pipe and the technical requirements for repair were summarized one by one. Finally, the causes of the leakage of the fire pipe of the new regenerator and the carbon accumulation at the bottom of the regenerator and fire pipe were analyzes, and relevant suggestions were put forward.
