摘 要:分析银漂洗水的来源,针对电镀银漂洗水的特点,采用多级水洗槽清洗,逐级降低水槽中药液的质量浓度,减少新鲜水的用量,同时对漂洗水中药液蒸发回收。结合某电镀厂镀银漂洗水的现状,采用多级回收水槽,降低漂洗水中银的质量浓度。从降低回收成本、减少能源消耗、经济环保角度出发,对电镀洗水槽数量级数、水洗槽容积、回收水蒸发浓缩、电解提银等几个工艺流程进行阐述。对比现有工艺与新思路下的工艺流程的优缺点,将电镀银的水洗槽增加为6个以上,蒸发浓缩回收金属银的同时,也可回收药液中的其他成分。The source of silver rinsing water was analyzed.According to the characteristics of electroplated silver rinsing water,multi-stage washing tank was used to clean the water step by step to reduce the mass concentration of the liquid in the tank,to reduce the amount of fresh water,and recover the liquid in the rinsing water by evaporation.In this paper,combined with the current situation of silver plating rinse water in an electroplating factory,a multi-stage recovery tank was used to reduce the mass concentration of silver in the rinse water.From the perspective of reducing the recovery cost,reducing energy consumption and economic and environmental protection,several technological processes were expounded,such as the number level of electroplating washing tank,the volume of washing tank,the evaporation concentration of recovered water and the electrolytic silver extraction.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing process and the new process were compared.More than 6 washing tanks were used in silver plating,in order to concentrate metal silver by evaporation and recover other components in the liquid.
