摘　　要：介绍了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢加氢反应器主体材料的化学成分及加V钢设备的焊接特点,焊接过程中焊接工艺参数方法的选择,对焊前、焊中、焊后的难点进行总结,并对2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢容器制造提出展望,合理的焊接工艺是2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢容器生产的前提和保证。The chemical composition of the main material of 2.25 CR-1Mo-0.25V steel hydrogenation reactor and the welding characteristics of the equipment with V steel were introduced, the selection of welding process parameters and methods in the welding process was discussed, the difficulties before, during and after welding were summarized, and a prospect for the production of 2.25 CR-1Mo-0.25V steel vessel was put forward. It was pointed out that reasonable welding process is the premise and guarantee for the production of 2.25 Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel vessel.
