摘  要:以芳香族耐热性超支化聚酯多元醇(Hy)、聚醚三元醇(N330)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,适量的填料制备出含树枝状结构的单组分聚氨酯密封胶。实验结果表明,当异氰酸酯基团含量在2.5%~4.5%时,其固化速度快且固化后的密封胶气泡少。由于引入树枝状结构,该单组分密封胶的耐高温性能显著提高。经140℃高温老化2h后,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及剥离强度均随着树枝状结构加入量的增加而明显提高。The one-component polyurethane sealant with dendritic structure is synthesized with the heat resistance aromatic hyperbranched polyol(Hy), polyether trihydric alcohol(N330), toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as the main raw materials, the dibutyltindilaurate as the catalyst and CaCO3 as the filler. The experimental results show that the curing speed of this one-component PU sealant is fast and the bubbles are few when the content of-NCO group is in the range of 2.5%~4.5%. The high temperature resistance of this one-component PU sealant improves obviously because of the intro-duction of the dendritic structure. The tensile strength, elongation at break and peel strength are all enhanced significantly with the increase of the addition amount of dendritic structure after a high temperature aging at 140℃ for 2 h.
