摘  要:为了解决直升机复合材料桨叶前缘包片损伤修理问题,以胶接接头强度控制的三个要素为核心讨论了胶粘剂的选择、零件表面处理工艺和加热加压固化方式等关键技术问题,给出了相应的解决方案并形成一套前缘包片胶接修理的标准流程。经实施验证,综合选用薄膜型胶粘剂、零件复合表面处理工艺和集成加热加压功能的柔性自动化装备,直升机复合材料桨叶前缘包片胶接修理质量稳定可靠,具有一定的实用价值和工程指导意义。In order to solve the repairment problem of the damaged protection on the leading edge of helicopter composite blades, the key technical problems, such as the selection of adhesive, the surface treatment process for parts and the heating and pressurizing curing mode are discussed based on the three elements of strength control of bonding joint. The corresponding solutions are given and a set of standard procedures for the bonding repairment process of protection on the leading edge of composite blades is formed. After implementation and verification, the quality of bonding repairment of protection on the leading edge of helicopter composite blades is stable and reliable by comprehensively selecting the film adhesive, composite surface process technology of parts and flexible automation equipment with integrated heating and pressurizing functions, which has a certain practical value and engineering guiding significance.
