摘  要:为进一步提高特厚煤层煤炭回收率,以塔山煤矿3#~5#煤层8112工作面为研究对象,针对放顶煤两顺槽端头煤损大的问题,分析错层位巷道布置一次采全厚方法在塔山矿应用的可行性。采用理论分析与数值模拟的方法,对外错式布置下接续工作面巷道搭接处实体煤区的稳定性与工作面起坡段下方实体煤区的稳定性展开研究,结合实际工程背景,确定外错横向无煤柱布置方式有利于接续工作面回风顺槽的维护,亦可以进一步提高煤炭回收率。In order to further improve the recovery rate of extra-thick coal seam, takes 8112 working face of 3#to 5#coal seam in Tashan coal mine as the research object, aiming at the problem of large coal loss at the end of two headings of top coal caving, and analyses the feasibility of the method of laying out the full thickness of staggered roadway in one time mining in Tashan coal mine. Based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, studies the stability of the solid coal area at the overlap of the roadway and the solid coal area below the starting slope section of the working face under the external staggered layout. Combining with the actual engineering background, it is determined that the lateral non-pillar layout of the external staggered layout is conducive to the maintenance of the return air trough of the working face and can further improve the coal recovery rate.
