摘  要:锚杆支护效果监测是防治巷道冒顶的重要步骤,锚杆受力状态是反映锚固效果好坏的重要指标。通过锚杆受力监测,可全面了解锚杆工作状况,保证巷道支护安全性与可靠性。现有具有冒顶危险报警功能的锚杆测力计较少。因此,基于单片机STC12,以电阻应变片及具有温度自补偿的全桥电路作为测量电路,设计了新型锚杆测力计,确定安全载荷区间,设置相应锚固系统阈值,对锚杆锚固力实时监测并报警,避免了顶板冒顶隐患,保证巷道安全。The monitoring of the bolt support effect is an important step to prevent roof fall of the roadway. The stress state of the bolt is an important indicator to reflect the quality of the anchoring effect. Through the anchor force monitoring, it can fully understand the working condition of the anchor and ensure the safety and reliability of the roadway support. There are few anchor dynamometers with the function of alarming the danger of falling. Therefore, based on the single-chip microcomputer STC12, a resistance strain gauge and a full-bridge circuit with temperature self-compensation are used as measuring circuits. A new type of anchor dynamometer is designed to determine the safe load interval, set the corresponding anchoring system threshold, and monitor the anchoring force in real time And the alarm is avoided to avoid the hidden danger of the roof to ensure the safety of the roadway.
