摘　　要：目前煤矿上使用的重型平板车普遍存在设计尺寸过高现象。为了提高煤矿辅助运输效率,减少安全隐患,设计了一种新式矮型双轨距重型平板车。该设计可实现平板车总高度低于320 mm,通过便捷更换轮对可适用于2种轨距,具有较高的安全系数和较强的工况适应能力。At present, the design size of heavy flat car used in coal mine is too high. In order to improve the efficiency of auxiliary transportation in coal mine and reduce the hidden danger of safety, a new type of low double track distance heavy flat car is designed. The design can realize the total height of the flat car is less than 320 mm, which can be applied to two kinds of track gauge through convenient replacement of wheel set, with high safety factor and strong adaptability to working conditions.
