摘  要:为研究抗菌防臭凉爽衬衫面料的设计与生产,通过市场调研,利用棉、竹浆、汉麻纤维的优点,确定合理的织物组织和织物规格,设计了一款抗菌、防臭、凉爽的棉、竹浆、汉麻混纺经纱与纯汉麻纬纱交织的衬衫面料。在生产过程中,运用理论分析和试验方法设计络筒、整经、浆纱、织造等工序的工艺参数,在实际应用中产生良好的效果。结果表明,浆纱好轴率达到82%,织机运转效率达到84%,下机一等品率达到78%,入库一等品率达到98%。In order to study the design and production of anti-bacteria, anti-odor and cool shirt fabric,through the market investigation, advantages of cotton, bamboo pulp and hemp fiber,determining reasonable fabric weave and fabric specification, A anti-bacteria, anti-odor and cool shirt fabric was designed, that was cross weaved with cotton/bamboo/hemp blended spinning warp and hemp weft. During production,the theoretical analysis and the contrastexperiment analysis. The working procedure parameters of winding, warping, sizing and weaving are designed,and the fabric has the good effect in the practical application: sizing good axis rate is at 82%, and loom efficiency at 84%, and the top-quality product rate of off machine reaches 78%, and storage the top-quality product rate to achieve 98%.
