摘　　要：提出并开发筒子纱自动套发泡网套系统,在筒子纱自动包装设备中用于将连续发泡网套自动切割后套至筒子纱的外面。设计能将连续发泡网套撑开的结构、能自动撑取发泡网套并将撑取的网套自动套到筒子纱上的装置,用电热丝切割连续的发泡网套,控制系统采用STC15系列单片机为控制器,控制系统软件使用C语言在Keil C软件开发环境下编写。结果表明,本系统能够较好地用于给筒子纱自动套发泡网套。An automatic foaming net cover system of cheese yarn is presented and developed. In the automatic packaging equipment of cheese yarn, it is used to cut the continuous foaming net cover automatically and cover it outside the cheese yarn. The device that can open the continuous foaming net cover, can automatically support the foaming net cover and automatically cover the supported net cover on the cheese yarn is designed. The continuous foaming net cover is cut by electric hot wire. The stc15 series single chip microcomputer is used as the controller,and the control system software is written in C language under the development environment of KEIL C software.The results show that the system work well to automatically cover the foaming net cover for the bobbin yarn.
