摘  要:为了研究含缺陷矿用圆环链裂尖应力应变的特性,采用有限元模拟方法,分析了材料不同力学参量变化时,裂尖 Mises 应力和等效塑性应变对材料不同力学参量的敏感性。分析结果表明:材料的力学参量变化幅度相同时,裂尖应力应变对材料力学参量的敏感性不同;裂尖 Mises 应力对材料的硬化指数最敏感,对材料的泊松比最不敏感;裂尖等效塑性应变对材料的屈服强度最敏感,对材料的泊松比最不敏感。To understand the characteristics of stress and strain at crack tip of the defective mine-used round-link chain,the finite element simulation method was used to analyze the sensitivity of Mises stress and equivalent plastic strain at crack tip to various mechanical parameters of material when the parameters changed.The results showed:While variousmechanical parameters of material changed in the same scale,the sensitivity of stress and strain at crack tip to the parameters was different.Mises stress at crack tip wasthe most sensitive to the hardening index of material and the least sensitive to Poisson’s ratio of material.Equivalent plastic strain wasthe most sensitive to the yield strength of material,and the least sensitive to Poisson’s ratio of material.
