摘  要:为了去除煤矿工人衣服上的煤尘,设计了一种负压吸尘装置。通过分析吸尘装置吸尘口各结构参数对其性能的影响,改进了吸尘口设计,并运用流体力学软件 Fluent 对其进行了模拟分析。结果表明:在保证前进气口速度的前提下,吸尘口宽度为 26 mm 时,可提高吸尘效果;当排气管倾斜角小于 140°时,有利于增加气流速度和减小排气管入口压强;排气管直径小于 30 mm 时,前进气面速度和排气管入口速度增幅较大。改进吸尘口后的吸尘装置气流速度明显增大,内部无涡流,吸尘效率明显提高。In order to remove the coal dust on clothes of workers in the colliery,a negative-pressure dust suction device was designed.After the influence of various structural parameters of the suction port of the dust suction device being analyzed,the suction port was improved in design,and Fluent was applied to conduct simulation and analysis.The results showed:on the premise of guaranteeing the air speed at front air inlet,while the width of the suction port being 26 mm,the dust suction efficiency enhanced;while the obliquity of the exhaust pipe being less than 140°,the air speed was prone to increase and the pressure at inlet of the exhaust pipe was prone to reduce;while the diameter of the exhaust pipe being less than 30 mm,the air speed on front air inlet face and at inlet of the exhaust pipe increased greatly;the air speed of the dust suction device with improved suction port obviously increased and there was no inner vortex,thus the dust suction efficiency improved remarkably.
