摘  要:针对煤层瓦斯含量深孔取样存在取样时间较长、取样质量较少、取样成功率较低的问题,设计了深孔快速取样装置,并进行模拟计算。模拟计算结果显示,六喷嘴与八喷嘴引射器串联后产生的负压最大,最大负压为-11 164 Pa,取样装置取样时间小于 4 min,取样质量超过 1 kg,满足了瓦斯含量快速取样测定的技术要求。In view of the problems existing in deep-hole sampling for the determination of coal seam gas content such as long sampling duration,poor sampling mass and low successful sampling ratio,a deep-hole fast sampling device was designed,and then simulation and calculation were conducted.The simulation and calculation results showed:the six-nozzle jet and the eight-nozzle jet in tandem produced the maximum negative pressure of-11 164 Pa,the sampling duration was less than 4 min,the sampling mass was more than 1 kg,which met the requirement of fast sampling for gas content determination.
