摘　　要：对异步起动永磁同步电动机转子冲片磁极所受载荷进行分析,设计出内置"U"形转子磁路结构载荷分析程序。分析了影响转子冲片安全可靠性的主要因素,对各种载荷作用下的转子磁极受力情况进行研究,得出转子冲片隔磁结构的应力计算公式,与有限元法计算结果对比分析,并进行修正。The load on the rotor punching sheet pole of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed,the load analysis program of the "U" shaped rotor magnetic circuit is designed.The main factors affecting the safety and reliability of the rotor punching sheet are analyzed,and the force on the magnetic pole of the rotor under various loads is studied to get the stress formula of the magnetic isolation structure of the rotor punching sheet.The results are compared with the calculating results by finite element and corrected.
