俄罗斯政界、学界谈中美冲突升级及俄未来选择

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情肆虐使中美结构性矛盾更加凸显,双边关系加速恶化,美国开始对华进行全面施压,中美两极化趋势对世界局势走向产生了重大影响。俄罗斯作为中俄美大三角关系中的重要一方,其冷战经历和长期对美斗争经验对我国具有重要借鉴意义。梳理俄官方人士、俄知名学者及西方人士近期相关言论有助于解答中美冲突是否为新冷战、俄在中美冲突中的立场及俄未来的政策选择等问题,并可对俄罗斯下一步对外政策的可能变向做出预测。Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,the structural contradictions between China and the United States have become more prominent,bilateral relations have deteriorated rapidly,and the United States has begun to put pressure on China from all aspects.The polarization between China and US has wielded major impact on the development of the world situation.As an important party in the China-Russia-US relationship,Russia’s Cold War experience and long-term experience in fighting against the US can be drawn on by China in handling today’s conflict between China and US.This article analyzes recent interviews,articles,reports of Russian officials,experts and scholars in the field of international relations,as well as some relevant Western figures.The special attention is given to discussion about two main issues:whether the Sino-US conflict is a new cold war,where is Russia’s position in the conflict.Through all these analyses and discussions,we have predicted some possible further adjustment of Russian foreign policy.
