摘　　要：目的了解柳州市居民健康素养水平及其影响因素,为制定健康教育策略提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层与人群规模成比例抽样(PPS)方法,在2018年8-10月,抽取柳州市15~69岁常住居民4711人进行入户调查,并对数据进行分析。结果柳州市健康素养总体知晓人数为576人,知晓率为12.23%。其中健康生活方式与行为方面知晓人数为532人,知晓率为11.29%;基本医疗知识知晓人数为554人,知晓率为11.76%;慢性病防治知识知晓人数为592人,知晓率为12.57%;传染病防治知识知晓人数为676人,知晓率为14.35%。苗族居民健康素养知晓人数较少,仅7人,知晓率为1.90%。65~69岁年龄段居民健康素养水平较低,女性健康素养水平高于男性。文化程度、家庭年平均收入与健康素养水平均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论2018年柳州居民总体健康素养水平较低,建议政府部门重视。Objective To understand the health literacy level of residents in Liuzhou City and its influence factors,provide evidence for making health education strategies.Methods Multistage stratified sampling and Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling(PPS sampling)was used to select 4711 residents aged 15-69 years old in Liuzhou City,to conduct household survey from August to October 2018.And the data were analyzed.Results The total number of people who knew health literacy was 576 in Liuzhou City,and the awareness rate was 12.23%.Among them,532 people knew about healthy lifestyle and behavior,with the awareness rate of 11.29%,554 knew basic medical knowledge,with the awareness rate of 11.76%,592 knew chronic disease prevention and control knowledge,with the awareness rate of 12.57%,and 676 knew infectious disease prevention and control knowledge,with the awareness rate of 14.35%.Only 7 Miao residents knew about health literacy,with the awareness rate of1.90%.The level of health literacy of residents aged 65-69 years old was lower,and the health literacy level of females was higher than that of males.Education level and family annual average income were positively correlated with health literacy level(both P<0.01).Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Liuzhou City is low in 2018,and it is suggested that government departments should pay attention to it.
