摘  要:目的探讨在急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者干预中基于思维导图下的宣教模式对患者自我管理的影响。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院接诊的急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采取常规健康教育与基于思维导图下的宣教模式,观察2组患者的自我管理能力、疾病知识掌握程度测评结果。结果观察组干预后自我管理能力测评结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者满意率为72.50%,观察组患者满意率为95.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组优良率为75.00%,观察组优良率为92.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图下的宣教模式可有效提升急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者的自我管理能力,同时增强患者满意度。Objective To explore the influence of mind map based education mode on self-management of patients with acute ischemic stroke undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Methods Eighty cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine health education and education mode based on mind map were adopted respectively.The self-management ability and disease knowledge mastery degree of the two groups were observed.Results after intervention,the self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of the control group was 75.00%,and the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the propaganda and education mode based on mind map can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with acute ischemic stroke undergoing intravenous thrombolysis,and enhance their mastery of knowledge,which is worthy of promotion.
