近5年中医药治疗糖尿病性便秘研究进展

摘　　要：西医治疗糖尿病便秘以促胃肠动力药、导泻药、微生态制剂治疗为主,仅能控制症状且易复发。对近5年中医药治疗糖尿病便秘的相关文献进行概述,可知中医治疗糖尿病便秘可根据患者病情,选择个性化治疗方式,从而提高临床疗效,降低不良反应。中药内服方剂有增液汤、麻仁丸、增液承气汤,中医外治法有穴位贴敷、针刺疗法、综合疗法等,均具有较好的临床疗效。In western medicine, the diabetic constipation is mainly treated with prokinetic agents, cathartic and probiotics, which can only control the symptoms and is easy to relapse. The related literature on Chinese medicine for diabetic constipation in recent five years was reviewed to show that Chinese medicine for diabetic constipation can be personalized according to the condition of patients,so as to improve the clinical effect and reduce adverse reactions. The oral prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine includes Zengye tang, Maren pills and Zengye Chengqi tang, and the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine includes point application,acupuncture therapy and comprehensive therapy. All of the above traditional Chinese medicine treatment have good clinical effect.
