摘　　要：以五脏为纲、五脏虚证为立足点,对近代各医家关于糖尿病肾病病机认识及研究成果进行综述,总结出五脏虚损是糖尿病肾病的基本病机,五脏虚损兼实邪是糖尿病肾病的病机关键,五脏虚证是糖尿病肾病分期的病机核心。以期从病机认识出发探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方法,为提高其临床疗效拓展思路。Based on the five viscera as a principle and the deficiency syndrome of the five viscera,the authors reviewed the understanding and research results of modern physicians on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. It was summarized that the basic pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy was deficiency and depletion of the five viscera;the key of the pathogenesis was deficiency and depletion of the five viscera as well as excess pathogen;the core of the pathogenesis for the staging of diabetic nephropathy is the deficiency syndrome of the five viscera. This paper aimed to explore effective methods of Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the understanding of the pathogenesis and to expand ideas for improving clinical efficacy.
