摘　　要：在肉牛牛源短缺和奶业波动的现状下,奶公犊作为奶牛养殖的副产品,其科学化利用对增加奶牛产业附加值、培育肉牛产业新的利润增长点具有重要意义。文章从奶公犊来源、犊牛培育、饲养管理、屠宰加工等方面综述了世界各国奶公犊利用情况,以及各国奶公犊产业发展现状,以期为我国奶公犊的合理高效利用提供可借鉴的思路。In the situation of shortage of beef cattle sources and fluctuations in the dairy industry, the scientific utilization of dairy male calves as a by-product of dairy farming is of great significance to increase the added value of the dairy industry and cultivate new growth points for the profits of the beef industry. This article summarizes the utilization of male calves in China and other countries in terms of the sources of male calves, calf nurturing, fattening and feeding management, slaughtering and processing, etc., with a view to providing ideas for the rational and efficient utilization of male calves in China.
