摘 要:乳房健康是奶牛正常泌乳的必要保证,乳房疾病是奶牛养殖业面临的最大威胁之一。奶牛乳房患病程度受遗传、营养及生理阶段等多因素影响,存在一定差异。探讨这些差异形成的可能因素和作用机制,有助于防治乳房疾病。5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT)是一种在动物体内广泛发挥调控作用的小分子物质,其在小肠嗜铬细胞和泌乳期奶牛乳腺上皮细胞中被大量合成,对奶牛乳房的泌乳、免疫等生理功能都产生重要影响。文章主要介绍了5-HT在奶牛乳房中合成、代谢及受体分布,并对其调控各类免疫相关细胞(乳腺上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、白细胞)的信号机制进行了总结,旨在探讨泌乳期乳房5-HT合成及代谢对奶牛乳房健康造成的影响,为奶牛乳房炎症疾病防控提供新的策略。Mammary gland health is important for milk secretion in dairy cows, and mammary gland disease is one of the biggest threats facing the dairy industry. A number of factors can affect mammary gland health, such as genetics, nutrition and physiological phases. To explore the possible factors and mechanism of these differences is helpful to prevent and treat mammary gland diseases. 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) is a small molecular substance that plays a wide regulatory role in animals. It is synthesized in large quantities in enterochromaffin cells and mammary gland epithelial cells, and has an important effect on lactation, immune function and other physiological functions of dairy cows. In this review, the synthesis, metabolism and receptor distribution of 5-HT in dairy cow mammary gland were introduced, and the signaling mechanism of 5-HT regulating various immune-related cells(epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cell and leukocytes) was summarized. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects of lactation 5-HT synthesis and metabolism on mammary gland health of dairy cows, and to provide a new strategy for prevention and control of mammary gland inflammatory diseases.
