摘 要:为了查明贵州省某地区4个规模化养鸭场6~54日龄鸭急性发病死亡的原因,试验采集A、B、C、D 4个养鸭场病死鸭的心脏、肝脏和脾脏等器官,通过病理剖检、细菌分离培养及鉴定、病毒病原核酸检测进行诊断并对检测数据整理分析。结果表明:病死鸭剖检病变主要为心包膜纤维素性渗出、肝脏肿大呈墨绿色、肝脏表面有灰白色包膜和脾脏肿大呈大理石外观等;仅分离到一种细菌,经革兰氏染色为阴性短小杆菌,细菌基因组PCR鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipesifer,RA);病毒病原核酸检测发现鸭圆环病毒(duck Circovirus, DuCV)、鹅细小病毒(goose Parvovirus, GPV)和新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus, NDV);4个养鸭场均以病毒感染为主,感染病原样品总数由高到低分别是DuCV、NDV、GPV和RA;在检测的养鸭场中存在单独感染、二重感染、三重感染和四重感染,并以三重感染的阳性率最高,达到42.86%。说明贵州省该地区引起鸭发病、死亡的病原种类繁多且感染情况复杂,给该地区鸭病的防控工作带来了一定挑战。In order to find out the cause of acute morbidity and death of 6-54-day-old ducks in large-scale duck farms in a certain area of Guizhou Province, the heart, liver and spleen of dead ducks from 4 duck farms A,B,C and D were collected in this experiment. Through pathological autopsy, bacterial isolation, culture and identification, virus etiological nucleic acid detection, the diagnosis and analysis of the cause were carried out according to the collation of test data. The results showed that the pathological changes of sick and dead ducks were mainly manifested as fibrinous exudation of the pericardium, dark-green liver enlargement, gray-white envelope on the liver surface, and enlarged spleen with a marble appearance. Only one kind of bacteria was isolated, which was Gram-negative short rod bacterium by Gram staining;and the bacterial genome was identified by PCR as Riemerella anatipestifer(RA). The virus etiological nucleic acid detection revealed Duck circovirus(DuCV),Goose parvovirus(GPV) and Newcastle disease virus(NDV). The statistics found that all farms A,B,C,and D had virus pathogens higher than bacteria pathogens. The total number of pathogens in the 4 duck farms was DuCV,NDV,GPV and RA from high to low. The duck farms being tested existed single infection, double infection, triple infection and quadruple infection;and the positive rate of triple infection was the highest, reaching 42.86%. The results suggested that there are many types of pathogens that caused duck disease and death in the area of Guizhou Province, and the infection situation is complicated, which brings certain challenges to the prevention and control of duck disease in this area.
