摘 要:为了对羊驼不同部位的平均纤维直径(MFD)与单纤维强力(SFS)进行分析,建立二者间的最优回归模型,为羊驼毛生产提供参考数据,试验采集了羊驼6个部位共150份毛样,进行纤维直径、单纤维强力的测定,并对数据进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果表明:新疆羊驼平均纤维直径为28.18μm,单纤维强力为9.68 cN,二者间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),并分别得到适用于颈部、侧部、股部、背部和腹部的最优回归模型:MFD=exp(3.541-34.669/SFS),MFD=17.968-232.848/SFS,MFD=exp(3.027-22.345/SFS),MFD=exp(3.181-27.074/SFS),MFD=0.416SFS-1.013,而适用于羊驼整体的最优回归模型为MFD=0.187SFS1.182。说明可通过羊驼整体的最优回归模型利用MFD简单评价SFS。The purpose of this study was to analyze the mean fiber diameter(MFD) and single fiber strength(SFS) of different parts of alpaca and established an optimal regression model between the two, so as to provide reference data for the production of alpaca wool. In the present study, a total of 150 wool samples from 6 parts of alpaca were collected for measurement of fiber diameter and single fiber strength, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. The results showed that the mean fiber diameter of Xinjiang alpaca was 28.18 μm, and the strength of single fiber was 9.68 cN. There was a very significant positive correlation between the two(P<0.01). The optimal regression models for neck, side, thigh, back and abdomen were obtained: MFD=exp(3.541-34.669/SFS), MFD=17.968-232.848/SFS, MFD=exp(3.027-22.345/SFS), MFD=exp(3.181-27.074/SFS), MFD=0.416SFS-1.013, respectively. The optimal regression model applicable to the whole alpaca was MFD=0.187 SFS1.182.It shows that SFS can be simply evaluated by MFD through the optimal regression model of the whole alopaca.
