摘　　要：产后缺乳症是指女性生产后产褥期内,分泌乳汁较少或无、不能满足婴儿需要的一种现象。随着生活压力增大、初产妇年龄增高和剖宫产率上升,产后缺乳症发生率逐渐提高。产后缺乳症不仅降低了母乳喂养率,亦可影响婴儿生长发育。本研究探讨产后缺乳症针刺疗法研究进展,从中医学认识、穴位选取、针刺辨证论治和针刺治疗机制进行综述,为临床治疗产后缺乳症提供参考,并为临床安全、有效和可靠应用针刺疗法提供依据,使更多患者受益。Few postpartum lactation is a phenomenon that women produce less or no milk during the postpartum puerperium and cannot meet the needs of the baby.With the increase of living pressure,the age of primiparas and the rate of cesarean section,the incidence of postpartum lactation is increasing.Few postpartum lactation not only reduces the breastfeeding rate,but also affects the growth and development of the baby.This study discussed the research progress of acupuncture therapy in treating few postpartum lactation,and summarized it in terms of Chinese medical knowledge,acupuncture point selection,acupuncture differentiation and treatment,as well as acupuncture treatment mechanism.The study can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of postpartum lactation,and provide a basis for the clinical safe,effective and reliable application of acupuncture,which can benefit more patients.
