表皮生长因子联合紫草油对新生儿严重臀红的治疗与护理效果

摘　　要：目的对表皮生长因子联合紫草油在新生儿中严重臀红的护理效果进行分析与探讨。方法抽取2018年1月—2019年3月我院收治发生严重臀红60例足月新生儿,将其按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,两组均给予常规护理和治疗,治疗组每日增加表皮生长因子护理1次,疗程5天。结果 (1)治疗2天,治疗组与对照组有效分别为15例(50%)和7例(23.3%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组;(2)治疗3天结果显示,治疗组有效率(17/30,56.7%)高于对照组(8/30,26.7%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗5天,治疗组痊愈率高于观察组,分别为10例(33.3%)和1例(3.3%),两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)两组臀红痊愈时间比较,治疗组为(5.65±1.46)天,对照组为(6.82±1.16)天,两组差异有统计学意义(t=–3.419,P<0.01)。结论表皮生长因子联合紫草油在新生儿臀红中效果明显,起效时间快,值得推广。Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing effect of epidermal growth factor combined with Arnebia euchroma oil on neonatal diaper rash. Methods From January 2018 to March 2019, 60 full-term neonates with severe hip red diaper rash were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing and treatment. The treatment group was given epidermal growth factor care 1–2 times a day for 5 days. Results(1) After 2 days of treatment, 15 cases(50%) and 7 cases(23.3%) were effective in the treatment group and the Control Group respectively.(2) After 3 days of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 17/30(56.7%) higher than that of the Control Group(8/30) and 26.7%, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(3) The cure rate of 5 days treatment was higher than that of the Observation Group(10 cases, 33.3%), 1 case(3.3%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4) The healing time of the two groups was(5.65±1.46) days in the treatment group and(6.82±1.16) days in the control group, t= –3.419, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Epidermal growth factor combined with Arnebia euchroma oil has obvious effect in severe hip redness of newborns and should be popularized.
