摘 要:以海藻酸钠为主要材料,依次通过Ca^(2+)和Zn^(2+)离子交联,制备了双金属离子交联海藻基水凝胶。研究了水凝胶制备条件对其压缩强度、拉伸强度、抗冻性以及电化学阻抗的影响,合成的水凝胶具有较好的抗压缩性能和抗拉伸性能。当在浓度为1.25 g/m L的ZnCl2溶液中交联72 h时,钙锌双交联海藻基水凝胶在25℃和-18℃的压缩强度分别达到118.88 KPa和97.33 KPa,拉伸率达到142%和129%,说明钙锌双交联海藻基水凝胶即使在-18℃低温条件下,水凝胶仍然具有良好的机械性能,进一步为水凝胶在低温领域的应用打下基础。The alginate hydrogels were prepared with sodium alginate as materials,and Ca^(2+)and Zn2+as cross-linkers.The effect of the hydrogel preparation conditions on the compressive strength,tensile strength,freezing resistance and electrochemical properties of hydrogels was investigated.The hydrogels not only had high compressive and tensile strength properties,but also the moisture in the gel was not frozen at-18℃.When soaked in Zn Cl2 solution 1.25 g/mL for 72 h,the compressive strength of double crosslinked alginate hydrogels reached 118.88 KPa and 97.33 KPa,the tensile ratios reached 142%and 129%,at 25℃and-18℃,respectively,which further provided conditions for the application of hydrogels in the field at temperature as low as-18℃.
