摘　　要：建设电视剧发行许可样片库系统,有利于电视剧备案样片的进一步精细化管理。面对大量的样片光盘的导入需求和数据存储既要长时间保存又须具备调阅时效性的要求,从业务流程、系统框架设计了具备导入、收录、存储、统计、调阅等功能样片库系统。为优化系统的能耗效率和存储成本,设计了基于样片文件访问热度的分级存储融合,既保证了数据存储的长期性又提高了样片调阅的时效性。Constructing the sample library system of teleplays'release license is beneficial to the further fine management of teleplays'release license samples.Faced with the requirements of the large number of sample discs,data storage with both long-term storage and retrieval timeliness,this paper designs a sample library system with functions of import,collection,storage,statistics,retrieval from the business process and system framework.To optimize the energy efficiency and storage cost of the system,a hierarchical storage fusion based on sample file access heat is designed,which not only ensures the long-term storage of data,but also improves the timeliness of sample retrieval.
