摘  要:无人值守机房遇到发射机故障经常会因发射机温度过高损坏功放等核心设备造成发射机损坏,信号中断,给发射机的修复造成很大困难。采用温控技术通过电子温控器、温控交流接触器等设备控制发射机的开与关是比较有效的技术措施,当发射机的温度超过设定的温度最高值时强行中断发射机的电源,让发射机停机,防止发射机温度过高烧毁核心设备;当发射机温度降到设定的温度下限值以后,发射机自动重启恢复发射,起到保护发射机的作用。When the unattended computer room encounters a transmitter failure,it will often cause damage to the transmitter and signal interruption due to high temperature of the transmitter and damage to the core equipment such as the power amplifier,which causes great difficulties in repairing the transmitter.The use of temperature control technology to control the on and off of the transmitter through electronic temperature controllers,temperature-controlled AC contactors and other equipment is a more effective technical measure.When the temperature of the transmitter exceeds the set maximum temperature,the power of the transmitter is forcibly interrupted,to stop the transmitter to prevent the transmitter from overheating to burn the core equipment.When the temperature of the transmitter drops to the set temperature lower limit,the transmitter automatically restarts to resume transmission,playing a role in protecting the transmitter.
