共生理论导向下黑龙江省乳制品加工业产业升级对策研究

摘　　要：乳制品加工业是黑龙江省绿色食品七大主导产业之首,是黑龙江省畜牧业发展的主要力量。笔者通过阐述黑龙江省乳业及乳制品加工业的发展历程,分析黑龙江省乳制品加工业在"互联网+"时代背景下面临的经营困境,如奶源基地建设规模小、缺乏特色竞争优势、利益分配机制不健全、产业聚集效应较差等,提出构建乳制品加工业生态产业链共生网络、优化产品结构、创新生产模式、实施智能化运营、建设乳制品加工业公共服务平台等基于共生理论的黑龙江省乳制品加工业升级对策,旨在为黑龙江省乳制品加工业产业升级提供一定的思路和方向。Dairy processing industry is the first of the seven leading green food industries and the main force of the animal husbandry development in Heilongjiang Province. The author expounded the development process of the dairy industry and dairy products processing industry in Heilongjiang Province, and analyzed the predicament of Heilongjiang dairy products processing industry under the background of "Internet +", such as small scale of milk base construction, lack of competitive advantages, unreasonable benefit distribution mechanism, and poorer industrial cluster effect. Based on symbiosis theory, countermeasures for upgrading the dairy industry in Heilongjiang Province were put forward, such as constructing the symbiosis network of the ecological industrial chain of dairy industry, optimizing the product structure, innovating the production mode, implementing intelligent operation, and building the public service platform of dairy industry. The present paper aimed to provide some ideas and directions for the upgrade of dairy processing industry in Heilongjiang Province.
